I know there was some confusion on how to access Provident remotely. I have attached a video that shows how to access Provident’s powerchart remotely. The website you need to visit is:

Remember to put the Group as “USERS”.

Please let me know if you are having trouble accessing the chart. You have to log on once very 29 days or else your password gets reset. So try to remember to log on at least once between clinic weeks.
